A Meeting Across Six Generations: Shanghai Jewish refugee Joseph Weber's family story

In January 2024, dozens from an American family visited Shanghai, with the youngest a four-month old baby. They all came from the Weber's family. Joseph Weber escaped Austria with his parents and took refuge in Shanghai from 1939-1947. He met and married Tessie Silbermann in Shanghai. Their offspring visit Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum and try to find traces of Weber's living here over 80 years ago.
